Peter Bailey

Peter serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Mandiant. Peter joined FireEye as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning in December 2019 prior to the 2021 divestiture.

Peter previously served as President and CEO of Vertical Communications from 2011 to 2019, held other senior positions at Vertical Communications since joining in 2004. He remains a member of the board of directors of Vertical Communications.

Peter earned a B.A. in English from Princeton University.
