Sanne Maasakkers

Sanne Maasakkers is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Mandiant (now part of Google Cloud), with expertise in technical threat intelligence. In addition to this role, Sanne has been working as a Hacker and trainer at Adversae since July 2018, focusing on cybersecurity education through adversary simulations and public speaking. Previous experience includes positions as a Security Specialist at the Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC-NL), where Sanne enhanced Dutch cybersecurity resilience, and as a Security Expert/Ethical Hacker at Fox-IT, participating in red teaming exercises and leading the technical aspects of the ISIDOOR cyber crisis exercise. Sanne also contributed to education as a Teaching Assistant and coordinated communication and marketing efforts at Utrecht University, where a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science was obtained.
