Shannon Strait serves as the Global Head of Customer Success Managers at Google since May 2022, bringing a robust background in customer success and sales management across various organizations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Mandiant and significant leadership positions at FireEye and iSIGHT Partners, where exceptional performance in revenue generation and client management was demonstrated.
