Susanto .

Susanto has a work experience that spans over several years. Susanto started their career in 2002 at PT. Harrisma Servicindo Center, where they worked as an IT Field Engineer and later as an IT Helpdesk. In 2005, they joined NS BlueScope as an IT Infrastructure and then became a Senior IT Infrastructure. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as an IT Coordinator at ASSAB. Currently, they are working at Mandiri Sekuritas as a Project Manager for IT Network & Infrastructure and also holds the position of Head of the IT Infrastructure Department.

Susanto obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information System from STMIK JAKARTA (STI&K) from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they also obtained a Diploma of Education in Informatics from the same institution from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Susanto has certifications such as the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT GROUP in 2015, and the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows 7, Configuration from Microsoft in 2012.
