Vadim Ilyasov

Vadim Ilyasov has extensive experience in the IT field, spanning various roles and companies. Vadim is currently serving as the Head of IT Infrastructure department at PASHA Insurance OJSC since August 2023. Additionally, they hold the position of Head of IS Administration and Support Division within the same company since September 2021.

Prior to their current role, Vadim worked as a Senior IT Solution Manager at Huawei from September 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they served as the IT Manager at Salyan Oil (CNPC and SOCAR joint venture) from October 2018 to September 2020.

Vadim began their career as a Network and System Administrator at Ultra Technologies Company from January 2005 to April 2007. In this role, they were responsible for solving telecommunication problems, managing network devices, and providing overall maintenance and support.

Vadim Ilyasov has a diverse education history. In 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from YUJDAG University in the Russian Federation. Following this, in 2014, they pursued a Microsoft Certification as an IT Professional Database Administrator 2012 from the Regional IT Academy. In 2015, they completed the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching course at the same academy. Along the way, Vadim also obtained additional certifications such as the MCSA from Microsoft in 2008, and the MCP from Microsoft in 2006. Vadim continued to enhance their skills and knowledge by obtaining the Exam 462: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases certification from Microsoft in June 2018 and the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) certification from Cisco in December 2015.
