Puspa Afrida Oktavia

Puspa Afrida Oktavia is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Learning Section Head at Mandiri Tunas Finance since September 2022. In this role, Puspa conducts Training Needs Analysis, designs functional learning programs, and coordinates with stakeholders to meet training requirements. Prior to this position, Puspa held various roles at Shell, including Retail Learning Coordinator and Retail Learning Administrator, managing learning operations for thousands of indirect workforce members. Additionally, Puspa has experience in account payable and treasury management within Shell's Upstream Indonesia. Early career experiences include teaching roles at Lembaga Pendidikan Primagama and SMKN 45, along with an internship at PT Astra International Tbk - Toyota. Education includes a Bachelor of Education degree in Accounting from State University of Jakarta.
