Lindsey S. has experience in various fields including social media management, spin and yoga instruction, art consulting, and teaching assistance. Most recently, they have worked as a Social Media Manager at Manduka and Engaging, and as a Spin Instructor at Pedal Spin Studio. Lindsey is also the founder of LindsYogs. In the past, they worked as a Yoga and Cycling Instructor at Santa Fe Thrive, Director of Art Consulting at Open Range Group, and Art Consultant at Kevin Barry Fine Art. Prior to that, they worked as an Interiors professional at Marmol Radziner + Associates, a Designer at A|X Armani Exchange, and a Teaching Assistant at UCLA Extension.

Lindsey S. has completed various levels of education and certifications. Lindsey earned their B.A. degree in Communication & Art History from the University of Southern California in 2012. Afterwards, they pursued a Certificate of Interior Architecture from UCLA, which they completed in 2015. In 2021, Lindsey obtained an Indoor Cycling Instructor Power Certificate from Schwinn Fitness and a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from CorePower Yoga. Additionally, they have completed The Science of Well-Being certification from Yale University, 50 Hr Certified Spin Instructor from Mad Dogg Athletics, Google Analytics Certification from Google Digital Academy, and Registered Yoga Teacher - 200 Hour from Yoga Al. Currently, Lindsey is pursuing a Master's degree in Communication Management & Marketing at the University of Southern California, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
