Baptiste Dauvergne

Baptiste Dauvergne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and management within the fragrance and flavor industry and other sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for MANE Bangladesh, Baptiste has successfully set up operations in Dhaka and developed growth strategies. Previous roles include Export Sales Manager for Bangladesh, Pakistan, Cambodia, and business development for Myanmar at MANE. Prior to this, Baptiste was the Regional Key Account Manager at JB Hired and held various sales management positions at Abercrombie & Kent USA, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and developing commercial strategies for Southeast Asia. An early career involved diverse roles in a gap year experience in Australia and as a Junior Product Manager at Caisse d'Epargne Normandie. Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Management from EM Normandie Business School.
