Deborah Knighton

Deborah Knighton is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR and payroll functions. Since July 1997, Deborah has served as Vice President of Human Resources for Mane USA, overseeing all aspects of HR including employment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Additionally, Deborah has held the title of Vice President Human Resources for MANE NOAM since 1997 and was a member of the Fragrance & Flavor Human Resources Group from 1997 to 2010. Prior to joining Mane, Deborah worked at AT&T Capital in various HR positions from January 1992 to July 1997. Deborah holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University.
