Paul mac Farland

Paul Mac Farland is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in data privacy and solutions engineering. Currently serving as an Investor & Advisor at Manetu Inc. since February 2021, Paul previously held multiple senior roles at Confluent from October 2017 to September 2025, including SVP, Head of Partner & Innovation Ecosystem, VP, Head of Customer Solutions and Innovation, and Managing Director of Solutions Engineering for the Americas & Federal. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Cloudera, where Paul received multiple accolades, and at NYSE, leading solutions consultancy efforts for electronic trading systems. Paul's career began at Sun Microsystems as a QA Engineer, and Paul holds a degree in Computer Science with Professional Experience from Queen's University Belfast.
