Charles Leach

Charles Leach has over 17 years of experience in project management and leadership, currently serving as Co-Director for the West Coast Region and Senior Project Manager at Mangan Inc. since August 2006. In this role, Charles Leach manages multiple multi-million dollar EPC Control System and Safety Instrumented System Upgrade Projects, overseeing teams of 4 to 14 direct reports and developing internal Quality Assurance processes. Prior to this, Charles Leach served as a Lieutenant (O-3) in the US Navy Reserve from July 2006 to June 2014. Charles Leach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Systems Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, completed in 2006.
