John McFadden

John McFadden began their work experience in 2010 as a Manager at Westinghouse Electric Company. John held this role until 2018. In 2018, they moved on to work as a Project Management professional at HICO America Sales & Tech. Inc. for a year. From 2019, they joined Mangan Inc. where they initially served as a Senior Program Manager and later became the Director of Operations in April 2023.

John McFadden earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy from 1999 to 2003. John then pursued a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering at Penn State University from 2004 to 2006. Later, they attended Penn State Erie, The Behrend College from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In January 2021, John McFadden also attained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
