Jesus Sardinero has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jesus started their career at Siemens, where they worked in corporate sales, providing enterprise solutions for companies in Spain. Jesus then moved on to Motorola Mobile Devices, where they served as an Account Director and later as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Spain, significantly increasing market share and revenue. Jesus also worked at Telefonica, first as the Director of Commercial Operations and Devices Management for Telefonica Europe, and later as the General Manager of Telefonica Internacional Commercial Operations in Latin America, where they played a key role in integrating acquired operations. Jesus co-founded Celistics Holdings, where they developed planning and logistics management tools for mobile devices across Latin America, contributing to its growth and job creation. Jesus also served as the President of Latin America at PCS Wireless, leading the international expansion of the company. More recently, they worked as the Telecom Vertical Business Development at Astranis and as the Head of Business Development at Mangata Networks. Jesus has also been involved in volunteer work, participating in the El Valle digital project aimed at the digital transformation and development of the Sierra de la Demanda region in Spain.

Jesus Sardinero completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1980 to 1986. Jesus also pursued further education at INSEAD in 1998, specializing in Distribution Channels Management, and attended IE Business School in 2004 to study Change Management.
