Antoine Baschiera

Antoine Baschiera is currently the Head of Business Development for Thuasne @ Work, focusing on corporate healthcare and directly reporting to the CEO. In addition, Antoine serves as a Senior Advisor for RaiseLab, integrating Early Metrics' services and strategies post-merger. As a Board Member of ScaleX by Early Metrics, Antoine continues to influence the company's direction alongside co-founder Sébastien Paillet. Antoine's career includes roles in academia as a lecturer at EDHEC Business School and various internships at L'Oréal and Price Waterhouse Coopers, where experience encompassed financial analysis and product development. Antoine holds a Master of Science in Life Sciences from AgroParisTech and has significant experience in innovation and commercial strategy across multiple sectors.
