Laurent Motto is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in commercial management and visual merchandising. Currently serving as the District and Commercial Manager for MANGO in the UK and Ireland since September 2012, Laurent has successfully driven a 30% growth in like-for-like sales across a portfolio of 36 locations. Previously, as the Image and Creative Lead for the same region, Laurent led strategic initiatives that strengthened brand growth while managing a significant revenue stream of 70 million euros. Prior experience includes serving as the Image and Window Display Manager for MANGO in France and as the Visual Merchandising and Creative Manager at Desigual, where Laurent developed a consistent brand identity across over 100 sales points in Europe.
