Rubén Padilla Cobo

Rubén Padilla Cobo has extensive experience in retail operations and merchandising management, currently serving as the Retail Operations | Merchandising Operations Manager at MANGO since December 2009. Rubén has played a key role in enhancing store efficiency and optimizing visual merchandising processes across various product lines and markets. Previous positions include Senior International Store Openings Coordinator, overseeing the launch of MANGO franchises globally, and Retail Area Manager for the United Arab Emirates and Lebanon, managing 21 stores to achieve commercial targets. Rubén began a career in retail at Inditex as an Assistant Cashier and has a degree in Business Administration from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, along with cabin crew training from Centro de Estudios Aeronáuticos in Barcelona.
