Yolanda Lajara

Yolanda Lajara currently serves as the Iberia People Director at MANGO, overseeing HR operations for Spain, Portugal, and Andorra since October 2023. Prior to this role, Yolanda worked at IKEA for nearly 20 years, holding various positions, including People & Culture Area Manager for East & South IKEA Spain and HR Manager across different locations, where key responsibilities included maintaining IKEA's culture, enhancing employee experience, and leading HR initiatives. Yolanda's early career included a Customer Service Manager position at Worten España. In terms of education, Yolanda has completed several HR-related programs, including a Master in Human Resources Direction from EAE Business School and an HR Business Partner 2.0 Certificate from AIHR.
