Elizabeth (Lisa) Thompson

Elizabeth (Lisa) Thompson has a long and varied work experience. Her career began in 1995 at the University of Kansas, where they were a University Instructor and Behavioral Science Researcher. In 2001, they moved to The Ohio State University as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the National Institute of Mental Health. In 2003, they became a Consultant and Research Psychologist at EMODE.COM, INC., and in 2004 they began their role as Managing Director of Human Resources at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, LLC. In 2013, Elizabeth moved to the San Francisco 49ers as their Head of Human Resources, and in 2018 they became the Chief People Officer at SAGE Veterinary Centers. Most recently, in 2020, they took a career pause with The Mom Project, and in 2022 they will become the Vice President of People at Mango Materials.

Elizabeth (Lisa) Thompson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mills College in 1995. Elizabeth (Lisa) then went on to The University of Kansas to pursue their Ph.D. and Master of Arts in Psychology.
