Marina Alañón Martínez

Marina Alañón Martínez has extensive experience in finance and audit. Marina currently works as a Finance Manager at Mangrove Capital Partners since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Audit Senior - Private Equity & Real Estate sector and Experienced Senior - Global IFRS and Offering Services (GIOS) at Deloitte Luxembourg from 2016 to 2021. In 2015, they worked as a Trainee Legal Department at Papeles y Cartones de Europa S.A. EUROPA&C. During their time at Deloitte Luxembourg, they were the team leader of PCAOB audits and limited reviews of the consolidated financial statements of a foreign private issuer (NASDAQ) prepared in accordance with IFRS of the energy sector, with a clean report emphasizing the excellence of the work performed.

Marina Alañón Martínez completed their Master's degree in Audit of Financial Statements and Advanced Accounting at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2019. Marina also obtained a Double Major Degree in Law and Business Administration from the same university in 2016. Prior to that, they attended Douglas High School in Nevada, USA, where they completed their Sophomore Year in 2009.
