Grant Boyle

Grant Boyle currently serves as General Counsel at Mangrove Lithium since February 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director, Legal at Carbon Engineering from June 2019 to February 2025, where Grant also held the position of Director, Commercial Legal. Previously, Grant worked at SNC-Lavalin from 2013 to June 2019 as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer. Additional experience includes time as an Associate at McCarthy Tétrault (2010-2012), an Articled Student at Davis LLP (2008-2010), a Consultant with the Asian Development Bank (2005-2006), and a Programme Associate at the United Nations University (2002-2006). Grant Boyle earned a Juris Doctor degree from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School between 2006 and 2009 and a Master of Arts in Planning from The University of British Columbia from 1999 to 2001.
