Ellen Christensen

Ellen Christensen is an experienced music educator and vocalist, currently serving as an Elementary Choir Teacher at Manhattan Beach Unified School District since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ellen was an Elementary Music Teacher at Bloomington Public Schools from August 2021 to July 2024 and a Soprano at Basilica of Saint Mary from August 2019 to August 2024. Previous positions include Agency Services Specialist at Christensen Group, Office Services Coordinator at CBRE, Community Host at COCO Coworking and Collaborative Space, PR/Communications Intern at Voyageur Outward Bound School, and Online Media Specialist/Administrative Assistant at VisMed3D. Ellen holds a Master of Arts in Teaching, Vocal Music K-12 from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from St. Olaf College.
