Lina Gafaro-Starr

Lina Gafaro-Starr has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lina started their career as an Engineer Assessor at the Army of Colombia in 2000, where they worked for a year. Lina then joined Phoenix Beverages in 2004 as a Human Resources Generalist and later took on the role of IT Project Manager from 2007 to 2011. Lina ended their tenure at Phoenix Beverages as an HR Manager in 2015. In the same year, they joined Manhattan Beer Distributors as a Risk Manager and quickly progressed to the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources.
