Joe Rice

Joe Rice is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Project Manager at Manhattan Construction Company since January 2015. Previously, Joe held various roles at J.D. Abrams, L.P., including Project Engineer, where responsibilities included procurement of materials, handling submittals, managing RFIs, field engineering, and tracking labor and equipment costs. Joe began their career as a Surveyor. Joe Rice earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from Texas Tech University between 2005 and 2009.
