Nick Catando

Nick Catando is a seasoned professional in the construction and real estate industries, currently serving as a Pre-Con Project Manager at Manhattan Construction Company since September 2023 and as a Real Estate Sales Associate at WC Equity Group since May 2024. Prior roles include Development Associate/Project Manager at The Woodmont Company from September 2022 to September 2023, and a series of engineering and project management positions at HENSEL PHELPS from August 2017 to August 2022, including Project Engineer, Office Engineer, and Field Engineer. Nick's early career includes internships as a Structural Engineer at NDI Engineering Company in 2015 and 2016. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Temple University, earned between 2012 and 2017, and is a graduate of West Chester Bayard Rustin High School.
