Raylena Browning

Raylena Browning has extensive experience in the construction industry. Raylena began their career in 2000 as an Estimator at JE Dunn Construction, where they worked until 2001. In 2002, they joined Turner Construction Company as an Estimator and Office Engineer, and stayed with the company until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, Raylena worked as a Senior Estimator at Gilbane Building Company. In 2007, they joined Skanska USA Building Inc. as the Executive Preconstruction Director, a role they held until 2015. Raylena then became the Director of Preconstruction at Manhattan Construction Company from 2015 to 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President - Preconstruction at Manhattan Construction Company, overseeing preconstruction efforts for the company's regional offices.

Raylena Browning attended the University of Houston from 1994 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Technology - Construction Management. In 2005, they obtained a certification as a LEED AP BD&C from the USGBC Texas Chapter.
