Patrick Thomas

Patrick Thomas has held various positions in different companies, starting with the Permanent Observer Mission to the U.N. at the International Chamber of Commerce in October 2017. Patrick then worked at the U.S. Department of State from May 2018 to November 2019, followed by Hudson Institute from November 2019 to September 2020. From September to December 2020, Patrick was with PLUS Communications before joining Manhattan Institute in January 2021.
