Sandra Oreskovic Sphr

Sandra Oreskovic, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a comprehensive and diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sandra is currently the Director of Human Resources at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. starting from 2023. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Havas Health & You from 2021 to 2023.

Prior to that, Sandra held various roles at WEST SIDE FEDERATION FOR SENIOR AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, including Managing Director of Human Resources from 2020 to 2021, Director of Human Resources from 2018 to 2020, and Director of Benefits from 2017 to 2018. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in leading teams, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Before joining WEST SIDE FEDERATION FOR SENIOR AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, Sandra worked at Seabury Group as the Global Benefits & Compensation Manager from 2016 to 2017, and at Emigrant Bank as the Human Resources Benefits Manager from 2014 to 2016. In these positions, they focused on benefits administration, compliance, talent attraction, and performance management.

Earlier in their career, Sandra worked at Electrolux Major Appliances as a Sr HR/Benefits Administrator from 2010 to 2013, and as a Benefits Consultant & Treasury Analyst from 2002 to 2009. Sandra also worked at Invacare as a Benefits Coordinator from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they served as the Retiree Benefits Administrator / Executive Assistant at Electrolux Major Appliances from 1994 to 1998.

Throughout their work experience, Sandra has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to different organizational contexts. Sandra'sexpertise in human resources and benefits management has contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Sandra Oreskovic, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently pursuing a degree at Penn State World Campus, with an expected completion date in 2024. Sandra previously attended Ohio University, where they studied General Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In 2020, Sandra obtained a Certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Baruch College. Sandra also earned their SPHR - Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, Sandra completed parts 1 and 2 of 8 for the CEBS - Certified Employee Benefits Specialist program from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Sandra holds the certification of Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the International Human Resource Certification Institute (IHRCI). Sandra is also in the process of completing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
