Jenn Simons

Jenn Simons has extensive experience in the performing arts and customer service, currently serving as the Head Box Office Treasurer at Manhattan Theatre Club since December 2015. In this role, Jenn coordinates seat inventory and customer service for a 650-seat Broadway theatre, manages daily financial reporting, oversees training for Box Office staff, and assists with group sales initiatives. Prior to this position, Jenn worked at the Girl Scouts of Greater New York as a Membership Services Specialist and held roles at the Boston Modern Orchestra Project and The Theater Offensive, managing ticket sales and operations. With a Bachelor of Science in Music Industry from Northeastern University, Jenn has developed a comprehensive skill set in box office management, operational oversight, and customer relations.
