Josh McNamara

Josh McNamara, CPA, is the Director of Tax Services at Manhattan West. He is responsible for providing comprehensive income tax planning, consulting and preparation services for the firm. Mr. McNamara serves a vast network of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, business owners, and businesses. With over a decade of experience in the accounting and tax profession, he is well suited to guide and lead the tax services department at Manhattan West.

Mr. McNamara began his career at KPMG, LLP, an international “Big 4” Public Accounting Firm. While there, he worked with several global private equity firms, investment management firms, hedge funds, and fund of funds investment firms. After over five years at KPMG, LLP, he decided to pursue his goal of servicing his clients more personally through his own practice. In addition to serving as the Director of Tax Services, Mr. McNamara is a Partner at the firm Hartman Wanzor, LLP where he serves his clients, family offices, and businesses throughout the year.

Mr. McNamara received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance from TCU. In addition, he earned a Master of Accountancy from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Born in Scottsdale, Arizona, Mr. McNamara enjoys spending his time traveling the world and restoring classic automobiles.
