Marcia Scott is an experienced professional in customer experience and service delivery, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Manheim Inspection Services since September 2017. With a background in leadership roles at Manheim since 2005, including Head of Service Delivery and Customer Services Manager, Marcia has focused on transformational change and the development of team members, contributing significantly to the success of the organization. Prior to that, Marcia held the position of Chronicle Supervisor at Midland News Association from 1990 to 2005. Marcia holds an LLB Honours degree in Law from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 1996 and 2000.
