In 2021, they were tracking to 112% of their $700K annual quota at the time of their departure. In 2014, they joined Element Fleet Management and held roles such as Inside Account Manager, Assistant Account Manager, Specialist, New Vehicle Acquisition, and Business Development Associate.

Andrew Hill obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University between 2010 and 2014. Andrew also holds three additional certifications from Cerebral Selling, Lynda.com, and LinkedIn, which they obtained in 2023, 2018, and 2018 respectively.
