Wendy began her career in corporate recruiting twenty years ago with global giant, Cargill Corporation, the largest privately held company in the world. Initially, she managed and coordinated college career fairs, but she was moved steadily into positions with more responsibility, organizing events in other states for Cargill managers to interview the top students recommended to be hired by Cargill.
