Ashley Mendel

Ashley Mendel is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. As Co-Founder of Manifest Unlimited since July 2015, Ashley has contributed to the company’s success. Prior experience includes co-founding and serving as COO of Funley's Delicious, a provider of natural snacks, from June 2007 to June 2015. Previous roles in the media industry include Director of Marketing at Disney ABC Television Group and Manager of Creative Services On-Air Promotion at Fox Cable Networks. Ashley began the career as a Producer at iFUSE and held key positions at BIRD Design, CBS Corporation, and as a Music Publicity Intern at Virgin Media.
