Kathleen Fuller

Kathleen ("Kat") Fuller currently serves as Vice President, Legal at Manifold, starting in June 2025. Previously, Kat held the position of Assistant General Counsel at HubSpot from January 2019 to June 2025, where responsibilities included advising on legal matters for product development, strategic alliances, and marketing compliance. Prior to HubSpot, Kat was Director & Senior Corporate Counsel at Autodesk, Inc. from August 2007 to January 2019, guiding senior leadership on a variety of legal issues related to technology licensing and corporate policy. Early experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Dow Lohnes PLLC, where Kat specialized in intellectual property and transactional matters, and an internship in the legal department at Red Hat. Kat's career began in art procurement at McKinney & Silver and as an Assignment Editor at ABC11 Eyewitness News. Educational credentials include a JD from Duke University School of Law, an M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA from Trinity College-Hartford.
