Erin Jacobs, M.Ed, CRCR has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Erin started their career as a Business Manager at North Florida Concrete in 1998 and later transitioned to working as an Accounting Clerk at Abbott Realty. In 2004, Erin took on the role of Director of Education at AMIkids, where they provided leadership and professional development for at-risk youth. During their time there, they also maintained district management information systems and ensured compliance with program requirements. In 2013, Erin joined Afni as an IT Specialist/Telecommuter, where they achieved high customer satisfaction ratings and facilitated information flow between departments. Currently, Erin is the Director of Patient Financial Service/Revenue Cycle at Maniilaq Association, where they have successfully integrated data and optimized processes to improve revenue integrity and customer satisfaction in healthcare organizations. Erin possesses extensive knowledge of medical billing, access management, PHI, and CMS regulations.

Erin Jacobs, M.Ed, CRCR has an extensive education history. Erin began their educational journey in 2007 at American InterContinental University, where they pursued an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following their success in the associate program, Erin went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the same university in 2010, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.

Upon completing their bachelor's degree, Erin's thirst for knowledge led their to pursue a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional Design & Technology from American InterContinental University. Erin successfully completed this program in 2011, demonstrating their commitment and passion for education.

Erin's educational pursuits did not end there. In 2014, they decided to broaden their horizons by pursuing a Master of Information Technology (MIT) degree with a specialization in Project Management from American InterContinental University. Their dedication and hard work led to the successful completion of this program in 2015.
