Engelvian BONGOG is a Capability Development Manager at Manila Water, with a background in training, organizational development, and instructional design. They have worked with various companies such as Addiction Pet Foods, SYKES, McWilson, and Accenture, handling training programs and certification programs for line management. Additionally, Engelvian has extensive experience as a part-time trainer for over a decade, working with companies like Nestle Philippines and Nutriasia Products. Prior to this, they served as the Head of the Department and English Instructor at O.B. Montessori Center. With a degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language, Engelvian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of training and development.
