Andrew Neil

Andrew Neil, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial risk management, currently serving as Manager Financial Risk Management at Manitoba Hydro since April 2004. Andrew has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Credit Risk Officer, Financial Analyst, Credit Analyst, and General Accountant. Additionally, Andrew contributes as the Volunteer VP Finance for the St James Assiniboia Minor Hockey Association, managing finances for a non-profit organization with over $1 million in annual revenue. Andrew holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada obtained between 2006 and 2008, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manitoba, earned from 1999 to 2003.
