Claire Nimmagadda

Claire Nimmagadda has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as the Onsite Manager at Skybridge Americas Inc. until 2000. From 2002 to 2005, they served as the Operations Manager at FineLine Solutions, and then took on the role of VP of Operations at the same company from 2005 to 2007. After that, they became the Contact Centre Manager at Staples from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they joined Manitoba Public Insurance as an ACCM, where they managed technology and people in an auto-insurance contact center from 2009 to 2014. Claire then worked at Canada Post / Postes Canada as the Manager of Customer Quality and Improvement from 2014 to 2019. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Operations at IntouchCX from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Care at Manitoba Hydro, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities related to energy services and programs.

Claire Nimmagadda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Manitoba. Claire has obtained certification as a Certified COPC Implementation Leader from COPC Inc. in 2020.
