Daryl Godkin

Daryl Godkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of engineering and technology management. Currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure & Operations at Manitoba Hydro since June 2007, Daryl oversees a team responsible for the 24/7 IT infrastructure within the Digital & Technology business unit, including the operation of two data centres. Prior roles include EMS Infrastructure Section Head, where Daryl managed IT infrastructure for the System Control Centre, and Professional Engineer, supporting real-time operational technology systems. Earlier experience includes work as an Engineer-in-Training, focusing on system support and power quality analysis. Additionally, Daryl volunteers as the Event Safety Crew Volunteer Coordinator for Jazz Winnipeg, managing a large team during the TD Winnipeg International Jazz Festival. Daryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba, obtained in 2007.
