Jonathan Ryman

Jonathan Ryman has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jonathan worked as a Director Human Resources - Talent at Manitoba Hydro since 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager / Business Transformation Partner, Hire to Retire and Manager, HRIS, US and International Payroll at Canadian Pacific Railway from 2015 to 2023. Jonathan also held various roles at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA), including Senior SAP HCM Functional Specialist - Human Resources and Human Resources Consultant, from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources and Labor Relations Business Partner at Sutter Health in 2011. Before that, they were a Human Resources Consultant at Manitoba from 2009 to 2011 and at Manitoba Lotteries from 2007 to 2009. Jonathan also volunteered as a member of the Annual Gala Committee at CPHR Manitoba in 2008.

Jonathan Ryman completed their Advanced Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Manitoba between 2002 and 2007. In 2009, they obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional certification from CPHR Manitoba. In 2013, they received a ProSci Certification in Change Management from AdPro Change Management Systems.
