Rickey Pagan has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, currently serving as the Recruitment and Retention Manager at Manitoulin Transport since July 2016. Prior to this role, Rickey held the position of Safety and Compliance Manager at TPS for a short stint from February to June 2016. Rickey’s career began as a Truck Driver at Secret Mission Division Trucking, where a significant tenure of nearly 30 years, from October 1986 to February 2016, was spent.
