Dirk Wolfsteller

Dirk Wolfsteller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical service, project management, and leadership within the manufacturing and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Aftermarket at The Manitowoc Company since February 2022, Dirk oversees aftermarket operations for Mobile Cranes Europe. Prior to this role, Dirk was Head of Technical Service for Fendt Tractors at Agco GmbH, managing a team of over 100 staff, and held various positions at AGCO GmbH, including Segment Lead for assembly and paint shops, and Manager of EHS, Infrastructure and Facilities. Dirk's earlier roles include senior consulting at TriAhead GmbH and organizational change projects at Miebach Consulting Group, complemented by experience in business development at Glahr & Co GmbH and as a Protocol Specialist with the Bundeswehr. Dirk holds a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Logistik from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
