Luisella Giordana

Luisella Giordana has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration for The Manitowoc Company since 2007, overseeing the Italian finance team and managing month-end reporting, budgeting, and statutory closings. As a former Plant Controller, Luisella was responsible for manufacturing cost controlling and financial oversight at the production site. Prior to this role, Luisella worked at Bertello SpA from 1990 to 2007 as Controller di Gestione, focusing on product cost analysis, annual financial closings, and management of the accounting functions for foreign branches, while also handling VAT liquidation and banking relations.
