Mark Richardson

Mark Richardson has over 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry, currently serving as the VP of Fitkitchen - Global Food Innovation at Manitowoc Foodservice since 2009. Throughout their tenure at Manitowoc, Mark has also held positions as VP of Global Market Development and VP of Strategic Accounts. Prior to this, Mark was the VP of Business Development for Merrychef USA at Enodis, from December 2007 until its acquisition in September 2009. Mark's career began as a Business Development Manager at Bunzl UK and Ireland from 2006 to December 2007.
