Hitendra Kumar Sharma has a work experience spanning over 16 years. Prior to Wind World India L.T.D, Hitendra worked as an Engineer-Rotor Blade Manufacturing at Suzlon Energy Ltd. from 2007 to 2010, where they gained expertise in composites and blade technology. Hitendra Kumar began their career at Hitech Group in 2006 as an Engineer, where they focused on process and quality control, training, and improvement projects.

Hitendra Kumar Sharma completed their MBA in Production Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, TN in the years 2010-2012. Hitendra Kumar also obtained a PG Diploma in Plastics, Polymers, and Composites from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology during 2005-2006.
