Jim Gahen

Jim Gahen is the founder of The Empowerment Supply Company, established in 2006, where coaching and empowerment services are provided to clients across various sectors, including business, human resources, sales, and athletics. Gahen also leads training and workshops focused on essential skills such as communication, time management, leadership, and overcoming fears. In addition to this role, Gahen has been a dedicated volunteer with the ManKind Project since 1992, serving as a member, former Igroup Chairman, and former Weekend Coordinator, contributing to the organization's mission of teaching accountability and leadership among men. Gahen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Communication from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, earned between 1984 and 1988.
