Sean Aiken

Sean Aiken is a Leadership Development Coach at Directive, where Sean created and manages two internal Leadership Development Programs. Sean is the CEO and Founder of One Week Job Prod. Inc., a company that supports individuals in finding their passion through various services. Additionally, Sean is a Career Coach at Forbes Coaches Council and a Co-Founder/Men's Coach/Facilitator at Rad Dad Collective. Sean is also involved in leadership development programs at ManKind Project. Sean has authored a book titled "The One Week Job Project" and was involved in the founding of Wayfinding College.
