Kaitlin McGuire, SHRM-SCP, PHR has a diverse background in human resources, starting with their current role as Human Resources Director at Manko Window Systems, Inc. Kaitlin McGuire, SHRM-SCP, PHR, earned a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Central Michigan University between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Food Management from Ball State University from 2011 to 2014.
