Jerry Bates is the Manager of Facility Operations at Mann Center for the Performing Arts. Jerry has over 25 years of experience in the industry, and has been with Mann Center for the past 10 years. Prior to their current position, Jerry was with Comcast-Spectacor for 10 years, where they held the title of Bldg. Svcs. - Premium Seating. Jerry is a highly experienced and skilled professional, who has been instrumental in the success of both Mann Center and Comcast-Spectacor.

Jerry Bates has an associate's degree in fire science/fire-fighting and life safety from Delaware County Community College. Jerry also has a high school diploma from Archbishop John Carroll High School.

Jerry Bates reports to Catherine M. Cahill, President & CEO. They are on a team with Charlie Bishop III - Parking Manager, Standard Parking Plus, SP+, Joshua Brilliant - Manager of Education Operations, and Kayla Foglia - Parking Manager, Standard Parking Plus, SP+.
