Kalai Selvi

Kalai Selvi is a Senior Research and Development Executive at Southern Health Foods Private Limited since April 2023, specializing in the product cycle of items like super-grain masala oats and diabetic atta. Key responsibilities include formulation development, nutritional profiling, and pilot trials, with expertise in extrusion technology. Previously, Kalai held various roles at Cavin International Pvt Ltd from February 2021 to March 2023, including Executive Scientist and Junior Executive Scientist, and completed internships as a Student Trainee at MILKA Nutriments, RKG Ghee, and SKM Egg Products in 2018.
